3. Prices and Payment
All prices are displayed in EURO and include applicable VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.
The total amount will be debited from your card immediately upon confirmation of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or payment failure.

4. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the countries listed on our website.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and will be indicated during checkout.
Delays caused by customs or external factors are beyond our control.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU 14-Day Return Policy)
You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us via email or contact form before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Refunds: We will refund all payments received, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

6. Exchanges, Defective Products, and Complaint Rights
Exchanges are possible within the same 14-day period, subject to stock availability.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us immediately to arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
In addition to your withdrawal right, you have the legal right to make a complaint regarding defective goods for up to 2 years from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
