Exchange & Return Policy – DRESSCODE

1. Countries Covered
This policy applies to the following countries: Belarus, Slovakia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, and Romania.

2. Return and Exchange Period
You may return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving your order. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.

3. Conditions for Return/Exchange

  • Items must be new or slightly used

  • Products must be in perfect condition

  • Must include original packaging and labels (if available)

4. Valid Reasons for Return/Exchange

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Damaged or defective item

  • Missing item

  • Item doesn’t fit or meet expectations

  • Change of mind (right of withdrawal)

5. Return Methods
You may return items using one of the following options:

  • By mail

  • At a drop-off location

  • In-store return (if applicable)

6. Return Shipping Fees

  • Returns are free of charge

  • A return label will be provided via email for download and print

  • No restocking fees apply

7. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Send an email to support@dresscodshop.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange

  2. You will receive a confirmation and return instructions

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or issue a refund via your original payment method

8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are issued within 7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
