Refund policy

  • The product must be in new or lightly used condition, with no signs of wear or damage.

  • The item must include all original tags and packaging.

Process:

  2. We will review your request and send you a free downloadable return label.

  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 14 business days

  • PayPal: Up to 14 business days

  • Bank Transfer: Up to14  business days

We do not charge restocking or handling fees.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault of ours (e.g., damaged or wrong item).
